Shipping policy

At RED DOG GLASS STUDIO, I am committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that many items are handmade to order, please allow up to 14-21 business days for items to be shipped.  Any large custom orders will be dependent upon diversity of work.  If for any reason there is a delay in processing your order and/or shipping, the Customer will be directly notified.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC - All shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post. Shipping rates are based on Canada Post rates for size and weight and for tracked shipping. All shipping charges is the responsibility of the Customer.

USA

USPS EXPEDITED/TRACKED/XPRESSPOST PARCEL - Many packages take time passing through Customs, especially those containing glass art. This process is out of our control and as a result, arrival times may vary. The rates are based on Canada Post rates for tracked shipping.

 ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA -

All international shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post on our end and then transfers over to your Countries Federal Postal Service. The rates are based on Canada Post rates for tracked shipping.

RED DOG GLASS STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing your order.  Red Dog Glass Studio is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

Red Dog Glass Studio is not responsible for any custom fees involved with the delivery of packages for International orders.

WILL YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE THAT APPEARS ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, you will have this option to select at checkout. This will give you the option to ship to family and friends. If you are choosing this option, please remember to update your information for your next purchase as the system will remember your last shipping destination.
