Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will not accept returns on any non-saleable or Sale items. If you have any issues with your purchase, please email reddogglassstudio@gmail.com and I will work with you for an appropriate solution. Freight expense will be the responsibility of the Customer should product be approved for return. Red Dog Glass Studio is not responsible for items lost in transit when returning items. We take great care to ensure your glass art is packed and shipped properly, however, accidents do happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please take a photo along with a copy of your receipt for further review to determine next steps and email reddogglassstudio@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For all refunds, Customer must provide proof of purchase with their shipment. Please send email to reddogglassstudio@gmail.com. for Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization approval.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we have received and approved your returned item to the same payment method when purchased.
Final sale discounted items and custom orders are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
